After live-streaming from her vagina, artist Christen Clifford decided to take it one step further and print the image on silk. And the actual pussy bow was born.

What once was, in my memory, collective and communal, joyful—with children passed from day-care to play-date to sleep-over among families who knew each other well, or taken with their mothers to work and on adventures where there were other adoring adults—has become a solitary endurance contest…”
